Cloth Hall Court: Conference Rooms

Main Plenary
Herringbone Suite
Capacity: 300 theatre style or 200 cabaret The Herringbone Suite is the largest capacity space within Cloth Hall Court which is ideal for your keynote and larger presentations. All the spaces within Cloth Hall Court have temperature control, are fully accessible and feature a full range of inbuilt technology. This space can easily accommodate a stage if required.

Facilities: Lectern with Microphone, HDMI Connection and Computer, PA System, Microphones (Lapel x 2 and Handheld x 2), Auto Tracking Camera for Live Streaming , Comfort Monitor, Projector Screen x 3, Hearing Loop.
Breakout rooms
Tweed Suite
Capacity: 180 theatre style or 102 cabaret

Facilities: Lectern with Microphone, HDMI Connection and Computer, PA System, Microphones (Lapel x 1 and Handheld x 1), Projector Screen x 2, Hearing Loop.

Denim Room
Capacity: 84 theatre style or 56 cabaret

Facilities: Lectern with Microphone, HDMI Connection and Computer, PA System, Microphone (Lapel x 1 and Handheld x 1), Auto Tracking Camera for Live Streaming, Projector Screen x 2

We have several additional rooms that offer small capacities if further syndicate sessions are required. We also have one additional room with hybrid capacity.

Conference Rooms

Catering
Merchants Hall
Merchants Hall is our dedicated catering space on the ground floor of the building. All refreshment breaks and lunches will be served here.

This space is shared with our other guests, unless specified by your conference executive, but we endeavour to stagger break times to ensure your lunch and refreshments are as seamless as possible.

This space can host up to 150-200 delegates at a time for lunch and is an excellent option for a standing reception for up to 250 delegates
Other Shared Spaces
We’re fortunate to offer a range of shared space to be used for causal networking or work. They are available on every floor and can also be used for exhibitors or poster board sessions.

Social Venues

Leeds has an abundance of unique, cultural venues to host Welcome Receptions and Conference Dinners, as well as hotels and restaurants renowned for their food and service.
Suggested venues:
The Royal Armouries: is the National Museum of Arms and Armour, located at Leeds Dock this venue could host the conference dinner amongst artifacts of International historic significance.

The Queens Hotel: is Leeds' landmark hotel opening in 1937 and welcoming guests including Princess Grace of Monaco, Cary Grant, Nelson Mandela and Laurel and Hardy. The hotel recently had a £16 million refurbishment. Their grand event spaces are ideal for drinks receptions or conference dinners.
